The Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts is for the candidates who are looking to start or develop their career in hospitality industry. This course covers convertible as well as job role specific skills offering a complete approach to training learners to be work ready.
This qualification is allied to the Global Hospitality Certification, the new global certification for the hospitality industry, developed in corporation with Worldchefs and employers around the world.
Students are required to demonstrate both practical skills and the associated knowledge in order to complete the assessment. On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into the following City & Guilds qualifications:

City & Guilds cannot accept any registrations for learners under 16 as these qualifications are not approved for learners under 16.
